This floorcloth was commissioned by a client in Carmel, New York. The floorcloth measures 4’ × 6’ and resides under a dining room table. The design is based on floor patterns found in The Edward Durant House, Newton, Massachusetts, circa 1780.

The colors used are Dorset Gold for the background, and Rich Gold and Paynes Grey for the motifs and border.
